In his early 20s, a man returns to his hometown to search for his sister, who had adopted him and has now mysteriously disappeared, only to uncover a vast conspiracy that threatens the very future he had lately dreamed of.
Synopsis
After his older sister, Thea, disappears, Joel returns to the city he fled following his involvement in its uprisings. He discovers that since the introduction of Paradox's 'Peace of Mind' program, which promises eternal peace, disappearances have spiked. With Thea's partner, Benny, and old insurgent connections, Joel infiltrates Paradox to uncover if they're behind the disappearances. However, he finds himself in the very trap as he attempts to expose a series of horrifying truths.

“I wrote and directed 'Peace of Mind' upon realizing that achieving true peace of mind was about trying to forgive rather than forget. While acknowledging that I am still at the beginning of my filmmaking journey, this film gives a glimpse of my established style, where I integrate the lessons I learn in my personal life with fascinating concepts from a mosaic of multidisciplinary subjects, especially neuroscience and philosophy.”
